We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mac Duggal purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all eligible evening wear and gowns. Items must be returned in their original condition with all security tags and labels attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unworn garment in its original packaging, ensuring the security tag remains intact and all protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
